Amazon’s Big Day Deals are here! If you’re anything like me, you really look forward to these days every year and could literally spend all day scrolling through all the sales. Then, the following week, you get a TON of boxes on your door step.
In case you don’t know me from my business, Safe Sculpt Hawaii, I’m Jen. I am a part time body sculptor. I started body sculpting as a side hustle after I became obsessed with getting the services done on myself. I recently took a step back from sculpting others as I wanted to explore other passions and focus on work and school. I am hoping that one day I can return to helping others through my sculpting services. Until then, I am here to share some things I highly recommend my clients and others to use to improve your results.
As someone who loves a good deal and loves to get body sculpted, here are some of my favorite products that you can use at home to improve your sculpting results before, after and in between your sessions.

This is something you can pick up from your local Long’s, CVS, or drug store. But sometimes I’m lazy and really don’t feel like going to the store in person.
I use this bio oil when I do lymphatic drainage on my clients’ bodies, with the machine and with my hands. Just slather some of this oil on your targeted area, pulse your lymph nodes and start applying firm pressure while sliding the fluids in your body towards the nodes. Remember to go in a clockwise motion if you are using circular motions. If you are unsure how to do lymphatic drainage on yourself, there are a lot of guides online or you can reach out to me for help through our contact page and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
These are products I retail as an At Home Hot Wrap as well as use in the sweat detox sessions I offer. I LOVE them and frequently use them on myself when I work out. The cream heats up really quick with the osmotic wrap and I can see a difference in my body after I work out with them on. My clients who are concerned about cellulite also like this product as it can help reduce the appearance of cellulite and smooth the skin.
If you do use these products, try it for only 15 minutes at first to see how your body reacts. Maybe just wear it around the house while doing chores, cooking dinner, or walking your dog (or children). When you are sure your body won’t have an adverse reaction, you can try to extend the time you wear it. I actually wear this wrap and cream under a waist trainer when I workout which usually takes about an hour and then I come home and shower right away. I do recommend that wherever you decide to use this product on your body, you cover it with at leas a layer of clothing as you don’t want to risk the product getting into your eyes.
I love this waist trainer! It is great to put on either by itself or over the cream and osmotic wrap. A waist trainer can help after a session as it helps to keep everything small, reduces your appetite (because you typically get hungry after a session due to not being able to eat for 3 hours prior to your appointment and because your body thinks it just lost a lot of weight so it wants to fuel up. The waist trainer reduces your tummy size so it can’t be filled as much), and can help you sweat more during a workout (especially when using the cream and osmotic wrap mentioned above) resulting in quicker excretion of toxins from inside your body.
I used to use a hook closure waist trainer but found that it was so hard to put on and sometimes I would break my nails. This waist trainer has a velcro closure making it much easier to put on and take off.
I have noticed that if I workout with the waist trainer and other products, I can lose at least another inch from my waist after a sculpting session! So I highly recommend my clients use this as well as exercise after their session. I do recommend buying more than one though as you will get really sweaty and will need a back up while the other is being washed.
If you aren’t a fan of this waist trainer, another alternative is this sauna shirt. It would create the same effect as the sweat detoxes I offered at my business. And you could also use the sauna shirt if you choose to wrap your arms as well. I haven’t tried these sauna shorts before, but if you are interested in a similar product for your thighs this may be a good one to go with. The other options for thighs seem bulky and not so comfortable.
If you aren’t going to go in for a session for a while, I recommend getting a shake plate like this one. These plates are good for shaking up the lymphatic system and getting your body ready for lymphatic drainage, but it can also burn calories, alleviate body aches, and you can tone muscles while you are on it. I really enjoyed using the shake plate during sculpting sessions as it woke up the entire lymphatic system in a short amount of time which helped me as a sculptor to drain the fluids after the cavitation steps. This plate especially helped my clients who were especially difficult to drain due to bloating or just having a weaker lymphatic system.
This specific shake plate that I linked comes with arm bands to allow you to exercise your arms while you use the machine, resistance bands, and a remote control watch for the shake plate. There are so many different modes and functions, I highly recommend you check it out!
I like the natural bristle brush I retail and truly believe in its benefits. I, however, choose not to use them when I am sculpting just to keep things hygienic. Instead, I like to use this silicone brush. It is easier to clean, germs and bacteria don’t hold onto it as easily, and I can easily sanitize it between clients. This brush has all of the same benefits as the dry brush: increase blood circulation, reduce the appearance of cellulite, aids in lymphatic drainage, and breaks down stubborn fatty deposits. It doesn’t feel as good as the natural bristle brushes, so I recommend the natural brushes for those who have more sensitive skin or would prefer to brush dry. This silicone brush does better when you use it wet or with a cream.
These are just some of the products I would recommend clients or other sculptors to purchase to improve results. There are other but these are some of my favorite and the ones I feel would be best for people who are taking a break from sculpting sessions or are not getting weekly treatments.
If you would like to find out more, please come back and read my blog. You can also contact me by filling out my contact form. If you are one of my clients, then you know the other ways you can contact me for help.
I hope you give some if not all these product a try. Please keep in mind that everyone’s body is different and will react to both sculpting treatments as well as these products differently. What I find to be extremely effective might not be effective or not as effective for you.
